To adjust the overall image, we need to extract the texture from the camera. From there, patches will be used to adjust the texture. Canvas A blank canvas. Similar to nulls, a canvas isn't rendered, but it holds objects in a 2D space. Canvases can also be set to always fit to the device screen. Rectangle A flat object that often goes into a canvas. Preserve Aspect Ratio of Image Textures on 3D Planes with Spark AR Aspect Ratio 3D. In 3D space, there are no width and height options like Canvas objects. A Spark AR image texture has 3D Position, 3D Scale, and 3D Rotation. So I made a reusable Patch Asset to keep the aspect ratio of images, called Aspect Ratio 3D for Spark AR Studio. This patch asset converts image width and height to a 3D scale that matches the original aspect ratio.
